Product Description

The cold storage panels are composed of

an inner metal plate, an outer metal plate, and an intermediate layer of premium polyurethane insulation.
Horizontal and Vertical Installation Techniques:
1. Utilize a robust waterproof film and SBS padding for superior protection.
2. Employ galvanized L or U-shaped fittings, securely fixed with expansion bolts.
3. Apply a substrate sealant for enhanced durability.
4. Use pre-installed board seam sealant featuring a double-sided groove sealant, complemented with polyurethane spray at the core.
5. Secure the vertical wall panel effectively.
6. For constructions exceeding 6 meters, install wall purlins, C-shaped steel, and quick mushroom nails to ensure stability.

Suspended Ceiling Panel Installation Guide:
1. Define the ceiling panel's length and lifting direction according to the building's main beam structure. Ensure the panel joint aligns parallel to the main beam for optimal support.
2. Pre-install suspension beam structural components, employ 6# channel steel and fixture suspension beam, and suspend M12 lifting screws securely connected to C-type steel keel.
3. Lift and position the insulation top plate carefully.
4. Precisely adjust the length of the lifting screw for perfect alignment.
5. Apply polyurethane foam to the main joint, utilize PVC sleeve foaming to disrupt the cold bridge, and trim with color steel folding piece for a seamless finish.
