Product Description

Our air coolers are versatile and can be effectively utilized in various cold storage environments such as architectural or constructional cold stores. Our D series air coolers include the DL, DD, and DJ models. The DL series is ideal for maintaining temperatures around 0ºC, perfect for storing items like eggs and vegetables. The DD series is designed for temperatures around -18ºC, making it suitable for storing meats and fish. The DJ series operates at approximately -25ºC, ideal for freezing fresh food such as meats and fish.

Product Introduction:

Shell: Crafted from high-quality steel plate coated with low-temperature resistant powder, our shell boasts strong corrosion resistance. For added customization, aluminum or stainless-steel shells are available. Each tube plate is made from 2.0 mm thick aluminum alloy to minimize the risk of internal leaks due to the thermal expansion and contraction of the copper tubes.
Double-layer water tray: The outer water tray features a hinged lap design for easy inspection and maintenance. The ribbed slope design at the bottom enhances drainage and prevents icing and corrosion. The inner water tray is lined with aluminum to minimize air bypass, thereby improving fan efficiency and defrosting performance.
Heat exchange pipe:Our heat exchange pipes are made from efficient, premium internal thread pipes featuring an optimized loop and positive triangle staggered design to significantly improve heat exchange efficiency.
Fin:Featuring a classic Europe-style sinusoid corrugated aluminum fin, our design significantly enhances air turbulence and heat exchange capacity on the air side.

Fan:Equipped with a customized high-power fan that has an external rotor, operational in temperatures ranging from -40ºC to 60ºC. The motor's insulation class is Grade F, ensuring outstanding stability and reliability.
Defrosting:Utilizing stainless steel electric heating pipes with low power and density, these pipes are strategically placed inside the coil and inner water pan to ensure uniform heating, enhance defrosting efficiency, and extend the service life of the electric heating pipes.
Electrical junction box:Our specially customized electrical junction box is designed to resist water, fire, and high voltage, while also being easy to wire.
Factory testing:Each air cooler undergoes a thorough cleaning and inspection, and passes a rigorous 25-bar pressure holding test before delivery.
Sheet spacing:Available in standard spacings of 4.5mm, 6.0mm, and 9.0mm, our air coolers can meet various temperature and humidity requirements.
Different refrigerants:Our air coolers are compatible with a range of refrigerants including R404A, R507A, R134a, and R22.
