For your convenience, we offer full customization to fit any size requirements.
Application Environment: Expertly designed for cold storage and freezer applications, these doors function optimally within a temperature range of -45ºC to +50ºC.
Sealing Strip Material: Crafted from superior EPDM, these sealing strips offer excellent chemical stability, remarkable durability, and outstanding resistance to aging. They are adaptively versatile, thriving in a wide range of temperatures, with a consistent operational range of -50ºC to +50ºC.
Door Panel Material: The panels are ingeniously manufactured using polyurethane and comprehensive panel foaming, delivering a sleek appearance coupled with excellent insulation. Constructed with top-tier materials, including stainless steel, vibrant color steel plates, and textured embossed aluminum plates, these panels are as durable as they are aesthetically pleasing.

Door Thickness: Available in a variety of thicknesses to suit diverse needs, including 75mm, 100mm, 120mm, 150mm, 180mm, and 200mm.
Doorframe Material: The door frames are crafted from premium aluminum alloy, offering a clean, sophisticated look and robust durability. This innovative design addresses the limitations of wooden frames by providing superior strength and longevity. Additionally, they feature self-regulating electric heating strips that eliminate the need for manual temperature controls.
Guide Rail Device: Featuring an advanced aluminum alloy guide rail, this device combines a guide wheel and a clamping wheel mechanism. It ensures that the door elegantly separates from the frame upon opening and firmly presses against the frame and floor when closed, ensuring a perfect seal every time.

Production Process

Pressed According to the customer's choice of steel coil and the direction of use, after precision instrument rolling, finally formed corrosion resistant, acid resistant, water resistant door type.

Measure Strict calculation, no error according to the customer's choice of length, width and height to customize the size of the door, in this step reflects the spirit of craftsmanship.

Assemble At this step, the door seal is assembled. Our thickness is 75/100/150/200mm, which can ensure the insulation capacity according to the direction of use.

Measure Again Now that the casing has been assembled, the next step is to make sure that the core is insulated with a precise polyurethane feed.

Foam The exquisite mold is waiting for the entrance of the door. In this step, polyurethane feeding will start. We choose Wanhua and B ASF.
