Our premium air coolers are versatile solutions ideal for a variety of cold storage facilities, be it architectural or constructional. Our D series air coolers are categorized into DL, DD, and DJ series. The DL series is perfect for maintaining a temperature of 0 ºC, making it ideal for storing eggs and vegetables. The DD series, operating at around -18ºC, is tailored for preserving meats and fish. For freezing fresh foods such as meat and fish, look no further than our DJ series, which operates at approximately -25ºC.

Product Introduction:

Shell: Crafted from high-quality steel plates, our shell is treated with a low-temperature resistant powder to ensure robust corrosion resistance. For those with specific needs, aluminum plates or stainless-steel shells are available upon request. Every tube plate is made from 2.0 mm thick aluminum alloy to significantly reduce the risk of internal leakage due to the wear and tear of heat exchange copper tubes caused by thermal expansion and contraction.
Double-layer water tray: Our double-layer water tray features an outer plate designed with hinged laps for easy inspection and maintenance. The ribbed slope design at the tray's bottom accelerates drainage and prevents icing and corrosion. Additionally, the inner water tray is lined with an aluminum plate to minimize air bypass, thereby enhancing fan efficiency and defrosting performance.
Heat exchange pipe:We utilize efficient internal threaded pipes from top-tier brands, boasting an optimized loop and positive triangle staggered design to maximize heat exchange efficiency.
Fin:Incorporating the classic European-style sinusoid corrugated aluminum fin, our design significantly boosts air disturbance and enhances the heat exchange capacity on the air side.

 

Fan:Our high-power, customized external rotor fan operates effectively within a temperature range of -40ºC to 60ºC. The motor's insulation class is Grade F, ensuring exceptional stability and reliability.
Defrosting:Equipped with a stainless steel electric heating pipe of low power and density, it is strategically placed within the coil and on the inner water pan to ensure uniform heating. This design enhances defrosting efficiency and extends the lifespan of the electric heating pipe.
Electrical junction box:Our specially engineered electrical junction box is water, fire, and high-voltage resistant, making it easy to wire and exceptionally durable.
Factory testing:Each air cooler undergoes meticulous cleaning and inspection, including a rigorous 25-bar pressure holding test, before leaving our factory.
Sheet spacing:Standard sheet spacing options are available in 4.5mm, 6.0mm, and 9.0mm to accommodate various temperature and humidity requirements.
Different refrigerants:Our air coolers are compatible with a range of refrigerants including R404A, R507A, R134a, and R22 to meet diverse cooling needs.
