Product Description

Our air coolers are versatile and suitable for various cold storage needs, including architectural and constructional applications. The D air cooler series come in three types: DL, DD, and DJ. The DL series is perfect for maintaining temperatures around 0ºC, ideal for storing eggs and vegetables. The DD series operates at approximately -18ºC, making it suitable for meat and fish storage. Meanwhile, the DJ series functions at around -25ºC, making it ideal for freezing fresh foods like meat and fish.

Product Introduction:

Shell: Crafted from high-quality steel plate with a low-temperature resistant powder coating, our shells exhibit strong corrosion resistance. Customization options include aluminum or stainless steel shells. To prevent internal leakage caused by the thermal expansion and contraction of heat exchange copper tubes, all tube plates are made from 2.0 mm thick aluminum alloy plates.
Double-layer water tray: The outer tray features a hinged lap design for easy inspection and maintenance. The ribbed slope design at the bottom accelerates drainage and prevents icing and corrosion. The inner tray, covered with an aluminum plate, minimizes air bypass, enhancing fan efficiency and defrosting performance.
Heat exchange pipe:Our heat exchange pipes are made from efficient internal thread pipes by premium brands, featuring an optimized loop and positive triangle staggered design. This significantly enhances heat exchange efficiency.
Fin:Inspired by classic European design, our sinusoid corrugated aluminum fins increase air disturbance and dramatically improve heat exchange capacity on the air side.

Fan:We provide customized high-power fans with external rotors, operating within a temperature range of -40ºC to 60ºC. With motor insulation class F, these fans ensure remarkable stability and reliability.
Defrosting:Our defrosting mechanism features stainless steel electric heating pipes with low power and density, strategically arranged inside the coil and inner water pan. This setup ensures uniform heating, enhances defrosting efficiency, and prolongs the lifespan of the heating pipe.
Electrical junction box:The customized electrical junction box is designed to resist water, fire, and high voltage, providing easy wiring solutions.
Factory testing:Each air cooler undergoes thorough cleaning, inspection, and a 25bar pressure holding test before delivery, ensuring optimal performance.
Sheet spacing:Our standard sheet spacing options are 4.5mm, 6.0mm, and 9.0mm, catering to various temperature and humidity requirements.
Different refrigerants:Our air coolers are compatible with a wide range of refrigerants, including R404A, R507A, R134a, and R22, meeting diverse refrigeration needs.
