Our high-performance air coolers are designed for diverse cold storage applications, including both architectural and constructional cold stores. The D series comprises DL, DD, and DJ models. The DL series is perfect for maintaining 0ºC, ideal for storing eggs and vegetables. The DD series operates efficiently around -18ºC, making it suitable for meat and fish storage. For freezing fresh foods such as meat and fish, the DJ series maintains temperatures around -25ºC, ensuring optimal preservation.

Product Introduction:

Shell: Our air coolers feature a high-quality steel plate shell treated with low-temperature resistant powder, offering robust corrosion resistance. Customizable aluminum or stainless-steel shells are also available. To prevent internal leakage from thermal expansion and contraction, all tube plates are crafted from 2.0mm thick aluminum alloy.
Double-layer water tray: The outer tray features a hinged lap design for easy inspection and maintenance, with ribbing slopes to enhance drainage and prevent icing. The inner tray is lined with aluminum to minimize air bypass, thereby boosting fan efficiency and defrosting performance.
Heat exchange pipe:Our high-efficiency heat exchange pipes use premium internal thread designs and a positive triangle staggered layout, significantly increasing heat exchange efficiency.
Fin:Equipped with classic Europe-style sinusoidal corrugated aluminum fins, our air coolers maximize air disturbance and significantly enhance air-side heat exchange.

Fan:Customized high-power fans with external rotors operate efficiently in a wide temperature range (-40ºC to 60ºC). The motor's insulation class is Grade F, ensuring superior stability and reliability.
Defrosting:Our stainless steel electric heating pipes feature low power density and are strategically placed inside the coil and water pan. This setup ensures more uniform heating, better defrosting performance, and longer service life for the heating pipes.
Electrical junction box:Our specially designed electrical junction boxes are resistant to water, fire, and high voltage, ensuring safe and easy wiring.
Factory testing:Each air cooler undergoes thorough cleaning, inspection, and a 25-bar pressure test before delivery, guaranteeing top-notch quality.
Sheet spacing:Standard sheet spacings of 4.5mm, 6.0mm, and 9.0mm are provided to meet various temperature and humidity requirements.
Different refrigerants:Our air coolers are compatible with a range of refrigerants, including R404A, R507A, R134a, and R22, accommodating diverse cooling needs.
