Our versatile air coolers are ideal for various types of cold stores, including both architectural and constructional settings. Our D series air coolers encompass three distinct types: DL, DD, and DJ. The DL series is perfect for environments at 0ºC, making it optimal for storing eggs and vegetables. For conditions around -18ºC, the DD series is designed to store meat and fish efficiently. The DJ series operates at approximately -25ºC and is specifically engineered for freezing fresh foods such as meat, fish, and more.

Product Introduction:

Shell: Crafted from high-quality steel plate with a special low-temperature resistant powder coating, our shells offer exceptional corrosion resistance. Customizable options include aluminum plate or stainless-steel shells. To minimize the risk of internal leakage due to thermal expansion and contraction, all tube plates are made from robust 2.0 thick aluminum alloy plates.
Double-layer water tray: The outer water tray is designed with a hinged lap design for ease of inspection and maintenance. The ribbed slope design at the bottom accelerates drainage and prevents icing and corrosion. The inner water tray, covered with aluminum plate, effectively reduces air bypass, enhancing fan efficiency and defrosting performance.
Heat exchange pipe:Utilizing efficient internal thread pipes from a premium brand, our heat exchange pipes feature an optimized loop and a positive triangle staggered design, significantly boosting heat exchange efficiency.
Fin:Our fins boast a classic Europe-style sinusoidal corrugated aluminum design, which greatly improves air disturbance and markedly enhances heat exchange capacity on the air side.

Fan:The high-powered fan is customized with an external rotor, operating reliably within temperatures ranging from -40ºC to 60ºC. With a motor insulation class of Grade F, stability and reliability are assured.
Defrosting:Equipped with stainless steel electric heating pipes of low power and density, our defrosting system ensures a uniform heating effect. Strategically placed inside the coil and inner water pan, it enhances defrosting efficiency and extends the electric heating pipe's service life.
Electrical junction box:Our specially customized electrical junction box is designed to resist water, fire, and high voltages while facilitating easy wiring.
Factory testing:Every air cooler undergoes rigorous cleaning and inspection and must pass a stringent 25bar pressure holding test prior to delivery, ensuring optimal performance.
Sheet spacing:We offer standard sheet spacing values of 4.5mm, 6.0mm, and 9.0mm to accommodate various temperature and humidity requirements.
Different refrigerants:Our products are compatible with a range of refrigerants, including R404A, R507A, R134a, and R22, meeting diverse refrigeration needs.
