The DL series is ideal for maintaining temperatures around 0 ºC, perfect for storing delicate items like eggs and vegetables. The DD series excels at approximately -18ºC, making it superb for preserving meats and fish. For freezing fresh foods, such as meats and fish, the DJ series operates efficiently at -25ºC.

Shell: Crafted from high-quality steel plate, our shells undergo a low-temperature resistant powder coating, offering exceptional corrosion resistance. For those seeking customization, we offer aluminum plate or stainless-steel shell options. All tube plates boast a robust 2.0 thickness in aluminum alloy, expertly minimizing the risk of internal leakage from heat exchange copper tube wear due to thermal expansion and contraction.
Double-layer water tray: The outer water tray is innovatively designed with a hinged lap form, simplifying both inspection and maintenance. A ribbing slope design at the tray's base accelerates drainage and prevents icing and corrosion. Inside, the tray is lined with an aluminum plate to minimize air bypass, boosting fan efficiency and enhancing the defrosting effect.
Heat exchange pipe: Our heat exchange pipes are crafted from high-efficiency internal thread pipes by a renowned brand, featuring an optimized loop and a positive triangle staggered design. This configuration significantly enhances the heat exchange efficiency.
Fin: Equipped with the classic Europe-style sinusoid corrugated aluminum fin, which dramatically improves air disturbance and boosts the heat exchange capacity on the air side.

Fan: Our external rotor fan is a high-power, customized marvel, designed with an impressive operating temperature range of -40ºC to 60ºC. The motor's insulation class is Grade F, ensuring unparalleled stability and reliability.
Defrosting: The defrosting system features a stainless steel electric heating pipe, characterized by its low power and density. Strategically positioned within the coil and inner water pan, it ensures uniform heating, maximizes defrost efficiency, and extends the heating pipe's lifespan.
Electrical junction box: Our specially customized electrical junction box is engineered to resist water, fire, and high voltage, while providing easy wiring for your convenience.
Factory testing: Each air cooler undergoes thorough cleaning and inspection, passing the rigorous 25bar pressure holding test to ensure top-notch performance prior to delivery.
