Our Air Coolers are versatile solutions, ideal for a wide array of cold store environments, ranging from architectural to constructional facilities. The D air coolers come in three distinct series: DL, DD, and DJ. The DL series is perfect for maintaining a temperature of around 0ºC, making it well-suited for storing eggs and vegetables. For storage of meat and fish, the DD series operates efficiently at approximately -18ºC. For those requiring even colder storage, the DJ series offers excellent performance at around -25ºC, making it ideal for freezing fresh foods such as meats and fish.

Product Introduction:

Shell: Crafted from high-quality steel, our shell is treated with a low-temperature resistant powder, offering formidable corrosion resistance. You also have the option to choose customizations with aluminum or stainless-steel shells. The tube plates, made with 2.0 thick aluminum alloy, are designed to significantly reduce the risk of internal leakage that may occur due to the wear of heat exchange copper tubes, attributed to thermal expansion and contraction.
Double-layer water tray: The outer water tray boasts a hinged lap design for easy inspection and maintenance. A ribbing slope design at the tray's base accelerates drainage and helps prevent icing and corrosion. The inner tray, lined with aluminum plate, minimizes air bypass, boosting fan efficiency and enhancing the defrosting effect.
Heat exchange pipe: Utilizing a premium brand's high-efficiency internal thread pipe with an optimized loop and a positively triangular staggered design, our heat exchange pipe maximizes heat exchange efficiency.
Fin: Our classic Europe-style sinusoid corrugated aluminum fin design enhances air disturbance, significantly boosting the heat exchange capacity on the air side.

Fan: We offer a specially customized high-power fan with an external rotor, suitable for operating temperatures ranging from -40ºC to 60ºC. The motor's insulation is rated at Grade F, ensuring both stability and reliability.
Defrosting: The defrosting system features a stainless steel electric heating pipe with low power and density. It is strategically placed within the coil and over the inner water pan to ensure uniform heating, enhancing the defrosting effect and extending the lifespan of the electric heating pipe.
Electrical junction box: Our specially customized electrical junction box is designed to resist water, fire, and high-voltage, while ensuring ease of wiring.
Factory testing: Each air cooler undergoes a thorough cleaning and inspection process and is subjected to a rigorous 25bar pressure holding test before it leaves our factory, ensuring top quality and performance.
Sheet spacing: We offer standard sheet spacings of 4.5mm, 6.0mm, and 9.0mm to cater to varying temperature and humidity requirements.
Different refrigerants: Our product line is compatible with a variety of refrigerants, including R404A, R507A, R134a, and R22, meeting diverse refrigerant requirements.
