For those requiring more intensive freezing capabilities, the DJ series operates efficiently around -25ºC, tailored for freezing fresh foods such as meats and fish, ensuring peak freshness and quality.
Product Introduction:
Shell: Our shells are constructed from premium-quality steel plates, adorned with a low-temperature resistant powder, boasting remarkable corrosion resistance. For tailored needs, aluminum or stainless-steel shells are available. Each tube plate is forged from 2.0 thick aluminum alloy, a strategic choice to significantly reduce the risk of internal leakage due to the wear of heat exchange copper tubes caused by the stresses of thermal expansion and contraction.
Double-layer water tray: Ingeniously designed with an outer water tray featuring a hinged lap design, this allows for seamless inspection and maintenance. The thoughtfully engineered ribbing slope at the tray's base accelerates drainage, preventing icing and corrosion. The inner tray, sheathed with aluminum plating, mitigates air bypass and enhances fan efficiency and defrosting effectiveness.
Heat exchange pipe: Crafted from efficient internal thread pipes sourced from a top-tier brand, our heat exchange pipes feature an optimized loop and a positively staggered triangular design. This configuration is intentionally chosen to maximize heat exchange efficiency, ensuring superior thermal performance.
Fin: Adopting a timeless European-style sinusoidal corrugated aluminum fin, this design significantly boosts air turbulence, markedly enhancing the heat exchange capacity on the air side for unmatched performance.
Fan: Our fans are custom-built, high-power units with external rotors, capable of operating optimally between -40ºC and 60ºC. With a motor insulation class of Grade F, these fans promise unwavering stability and dependability, even in the most demanding conditions.
Defrosting: The defrosting system incorporates stainless steel electric heating pipes, characterized by low power and density. Cleverly installed within the coil and the inner water pan, they deliver consistent and uniform heating, significantly enhancing defrosting efficiency while extending the lifespan of the heating pipes.
Electrical junction box: Our specialized electrical junction box is expertly crafted to withstand water, fire, and high voltage, offering ease of wiring and superior safety under challenging conditions.
Factory testing: Every air cooler undergoes thorough cleaning and inspection, passing a rigorous 25bar pressure holding test to guarantee reliability and excellence before it leaves our facilities.
