Application environment: Specifically designed for cold storage and freezer environments. Operating temperature range: from an extreme low of -45ºC to a high of +50ºC, offering reliability in both frosty and moderately warm conditions.
Sealing strip material: Crafted with high-quality EPDM, renowned for its excellent chemical stability and durability. This material offers exceptional resilience against aging and adapts to a broad temperature range, maintaining performance between -50ºC and +50ºC.
Door panel material: Constructed using advanced polyurethane foaming technology for an impeccably flat appearance and outstanding insulation. The door panels are available in premium stainless steel, vibrant color steel plates, and elegant embossed aluminum plates, combining aesthetics with functionality.

Door thickness: Available in a comprehensive range of thicknesses: 75mm, 100mm, 120mm, 150mm, 180mm, and 200mm, allowing you to select the perfect fit for your requirements.
Doorframe material: The door frame is expertly crafted from durable aluminum alloy, offering a sleek and clean appearance. It surpasses traditional wooden frames by overcoming issues of low strength and susceptibility to decay. Enhanced with self-regulating temperature electric heating strips, these frames eliminate the need for manual temperature control.
Guide rail device: Incorporating a sophisticated aluminum alloy guide rail system, complemented by a guide wheel and clamping wheel device. This ingenious design allows the door to smoothly detach from the frame when opened and firmly seal against the frame and floor when closed, ensuring a seamless operation.

Production Process

Pressed According to the customer's choice of steel coil and the direction of use, after precision instrument rolling, finally formed corrosion resistant, acid resistant, water resistant door type.

Measure Strict calculation, no error according to the customer's choice of length, width and height to customize the size of the door, in this step reflects the spirit of craftsmanship.

Assemble At this step, the door seal is assembled. Our thickness is 75/100/150/200mm, which can ensure the insulation capacity according to the direction of use.

Measure Again Now that the casing has been assembled, the next step is to make sure that the core is insulated with a precise polyurethane feed.

Foam The exquisite mold is waiting for the entrance of the door. In this step, polyurethane feeding will start. We choose Wanhua and B ASF.
