The Evaporative Condenser utilizes water and air as cooling mediums. Within the coil, these mediums engage in a heat exchange with the refrigerant gas, transforming it into liquid form. Internally, the equipment houses a sophisticated water distribution system.

operating, with vigorous airflow, cooling water is liberally sprayed over the
coil's surface by the water distribution system. Simultaneously, refrigerant gas enters the coil's upper inlet, and condensed liquid exits from the lower outlet. Throughout this process, the exchange of heat among refrigerant, water, and air, along with the fan's airflow, boosts efficiency dramatically. As heat is absorbed, the temperature of both cooling water and air rises rapidly, leading to the evaporation of some water into steam, which is expelled by the fan, effectively removing significant heat. Concurrently, steam within the hot air is collected into
a reservoir. Water that hasn't vaporized descends into the reservoir and is pumped back into the circulation system. The reservoir's water level is automatically regulated by a float ball valve to replenish any water that escapes into the atmosphere.
