Our D series air coolers are categorized into three distinct models: DL, DD, and DJ. The DL series is perfect for storage above 0ºC, ideal for eggs and vegetables. The DD series operates around -18ºC, making it suitable for meat and fish storage. The DJ series, designed for temperatures around -25ºC, excels in freezing fresh food such as meat and fish.

Product Introduction:

Shell: Crafted from high-quality steel plate coated with a low-temperature resistant powder, our air cooler shells offer robust corrosion resistance. Customization options include aluminum or stainless-steel shells. Each unit features 2.0-thick aluminum alloy tube plates that minimize the risk of internal leakage due to wear from thermal expansion and contraction of the copper heat exchange tubes.
Double-layer water tray: The outer water tray boasts a hinged lap design for easy inspection and maintenance. Its ribbed slope design accelerates drainage, preventing icing and corrosion. The inner water tray is lined with aluminum plate to minimize air bypass, enhancing fan efficiency and defrosting effectiveness.
Heat Exchange Pipe:Our heat exchange pipes, sourced from premium brands, feature an efficient internal thread design and an optimized loop. A positive triangle staggered arrangement significantly boosts heat exchange efficiency.
Fin:Equipped with classic Europe-style sinusoidal corrugated aluminum fins, our air coolers enhance air disturbance and significantly improve heat exchange capacity on the air side.

Fan:Our custom high-power fans with external rotors operate efficiently in temperatures ranging from -40ºC to 60ºC. With Grade F motor insulation, these fans ensure exceptional stability and reliability.
Defrosting:Featuring stainless steel electric heating pipes with low power and density, our defrosting system is strategically arranged inside the coil and on the inner water pan. This setup ensures uniform heating, enhances defrosting efficiency, and extends the service life of the heating pipes.
Electrical Junction Box:Our specialized electrical junction boxes are designed to resist water, fire, and high voltage. They also facilitate easy wiring for enhanced safety and convenience.
Factory Testing:Every air cooler undergoes rigorous cleaning and inspection, including a 25-bar pressure holding test, before delivery to ensure peak performance and reliability.
Sheet Spacing:Available in standard spacings of 4.5mm, 6.0mm, and 9.0mm, our air coolers can meet diverse temperature and humidity requirements.
