Each tube plate, forged from robust 2.0 thick aluminum alloy, minimizes the risk of internal leakage due to the thermal dynamics of copper tubing.
Double-layer water tray: Ingeniously designed, the outer water tray features a hinged lap form, simplifying inspection and maintenance. The ribbed slope design accelerates drainage, preventing icing and corrosion. An aluminum-covered inner tray minimizes air bypass, enhancing fan efficiency and defrost performance.
Heat exchange pipe: Our precision-engineered internal thread pipes, sourced from top-tier brands, boast an optimized loop and a positively staggered triangle design to maximize heat exchange efficiency, ensuring peak performance.
Fin: Embrace European elegance with our sinusoid corrugated aluminum fins, expertly designed to enhance air turbulence, dramatically boosting the heat exchange capability on the air side.
