Product Description

The cold storage panels are comprised of

an inner metal plate, an outer metal plate, and an intermediate polyurethane insulation layer, delivering outstanding insulation and durability for superior cold storage performance.
Horizontal and Vertical Operation Methods:
1. Employ a waterproof film and SBS padding for moisture resistance and stability.
2. Utilize galvanized L or U-shaped positioning securely anchored with expansion bolts for robust support.
3. Apply a sealant substrate for airtight integration.
4. Pre-installed board seam sealant, featuring double-sided groove sealant combined with polyurethane spray at the core, ensures maximum field performance.
5. Vertical wall panel installation for seamless and stable construction.
6. For structures extending beyond 6 meters, incorporate wall purlins, C-shaped steel, and quick mushroom nails for enhanced stability.

Suspended Ceiling Panel Operation Method:
1. Determine the ceiling panel's length and lift it in line with the main beam of the building structure for optimal alignment. (The joint of the ceiling panel should run parallel to the building's main beam).
2. Pre-install suspension beam structural components, using 6 # channel steel and fixture suspension beam, coupled with suspended M12 lifting screw, all connected to a C-type Steel keel for a reliable framework.
3. Elevate the insulation top plate with precision.
4. Adjust the length of the lifting screw to align perfectly.
5. For the main joint, apply polyurethane foam to enhance insulation, use a PVC sleeve to disrupt the cold bridge, and finely trim with a color steel folding piece for a polished finish.
