2. Employ galvanized L or U-shaped positioning, securely fixed with expansion bolts for steadfast stability.
3. Apply a high-quality sealant substrate for seamless protection.
4. Use pre-installed board seam sealant, featuring double-sided groove sealant with polyurethane spray strategically placed in the middle for an airtight fit.
5. Install vertical wall panels to construct a sturdy framework.
6. For structures exceeding 6 meters, install wall purlins, C-shaped steel, and quick-action mushroom nails for additional reinforcement.

Ceiling Panel Installation: A Step-by-Step Guide
1. Precisely determine the length and lifting orientation of the ceiling panel to align perfectly with the building's main beam structure. Ensure the ceiling panel joints align parallel to the main beam for precision.
2. Pre-fit suspension beam components, using 6# channel steel and fixtures. Secure suspension beams with M12 lifting screws, linking with C-type steel keel for a robust construction.
3. Carefully lift the insulation top plate into position, ensuring safety and alignment.
4. Adjust the lifting screw length meticulously to achieve the desired height and balance.
5. Seal the main joint with polyurethane foam; foam the PVC sleeve to disrupt the cold bridge, and trim with color steel folding pieces for a flawless finish.
