Product Description

The cold storage panels are consisted by
an inner metal plate, an outer metal plate, and an intermediate polyurethane insulation layer to provide superior thermal efficiency and durability.
Horizontal and Vertical Operation Methods:
1. Employ a waterproof film along with SBS padding for enhanced protection against moisture.
2. Utilize galvanized L or U-shaped positioning secured with reliable expansion bolts for stability.
3. Integrate a robust sealant substrate to ensure airtight integrity.
4. Pre-install board seam sealant, using a combination of double-sided groove sealant and polyurethane spray at the core for optimal insulation.
5. Install vertical wall panels designed for maximum structural support and insulation.
6. For spans exceeding 6 meters, incorporate wall purlins, C-shaped steel, and quick mushroom nails to reinforce the structure.

Suspended Ceiling Panel Operation Method:
1. Determine the optimal length and lifting direction of the ceiling panel based on the main beam alignment. Ensure the ceiling panel joints are parallel to the building’s main beam.
2. Pre-install suspension beam structural components, including 6 # channel steel and fixture suspension beams, alongside M12 lifting screws connected to a C-type steel keel for robust support.
3. Elevate the insulation top plate to its designated position.
4. Precisely adjust the length of the lifting screw to secure the installation.
5. Spray the main joint with polyurethane foam, use a PVC sleeve to disrupt cold bridges, and trim the edges with color steel folding pieces for a seamless finish.
