Product Description

The cold storage panels are comprised of
an inner metal plate, an outer metal plate, and an intermediate polyurethane insulation layer that ensures superior thermal efficiency.
Horizontal and Vertical Operation Methods:
1. Employ waterproof film and SBS padding for optimal moisture resistance.
2. Utilize galvanized L or U-shaped positioning, securely fixed with expansion bolts, for robust structural integrity.
3. Apply sealant substrate for enhanced sealing.
4. Pre-installed board seam sealant (double-sided groove sealant combined with polyurethane spray in the middle) to ensure airtight joins.
5. Vertical wall panel installation for seamless wall coverage.
6. If exceeding 6 meters, install wall purlins, C-shaped steel, and use quick mushroom nails for additional support.

Suspended Ceiling Panel Operation Method:
1. Determine the length and lifting direction of the ceiling panel based on the primary beam of the building structure, ensuring that the panel joint aligns parallel to the main beam.
2. Pre-install suspension beam structural components using 6 # channel steel and fixture suspension beam with M12 lifting screws, connected to C-type steel keel for stability.
3. Lift the insulation top plate carefully into position.
4. Adjust the length of the lifting screw precisely for accurate installation.
5. Spray polyurethane foam at the main joint for insulation, foam the PVC sleeve to prevent cold bridging, and trim with a color steel folding piece for a neat finish.
