Our state-of-the-art air coolers are a perfect fit for various cold storage facilities, be it architectural or constructional. The versatile D series air coolers consist of DL, DD, and DJ models. The DL series operates seamlessly at 0 ºC, ideal for preserving delicate items like eggs and vegetables. The DD series, robustly functioning at around -18ºC, is tailored for meats and fish storage. The DJ series excels at freezing conditions around -25ºC, perfect for maintaining the freshness of meats, fishes, and more.

Product Introduction:

Shell: Crafted from premium steel plates treated with a low-temperature resistant powder, these shells boast a strong armor against corrosion. For those with specific needs, aluminum or stainless-steel shells can be customized. The tube plates, made from 2.0 thick aluminum alloy, are designed to significantly reduce the risk of internal leakage due to the thermal wear of heat exchange copper tubes.
Double-layer water tray: Ingeniously designed, the outer tray features a hinged lap design, simplifying maintenance. The ribbing slope at the tray's bottom ensures rapid drainage while preventing icing and corrosion. An aluminum-covered inner water tray minimizes air bypass, enhancing fan performance and defrosting efficiency.
Heat exchange pipe: These pipes, crafted from top-notch branded materials, feature an efficient internal thread with an optimized loop and a positive triangle staggered design, all engineered to maximize heat exchange efficiency.
Fin: With a touch of classic European elegance, the sinusoidal corrugated aluminum fins enhance air turbulence, significantly boosting heat exchange capabilities on the air side.

Fan: Our high-performance fan, featuring an external rotor, operates efficiently across a wide temperature range of -40ºC to 60ºC. The Grade F insulation class motor assures unparalleled stability and reliability.
Defrosting: Equipped with stainless steel electric heating pipes, the defrosting system ensures a consistent, uniform heating effect. Strategically placed within the coil and on the inner water pan, this setup enhances defrosting efficiency and extends the lifespan of the heating elements.
Electrical junction box: Designed to withstand challenges, this specially customized junction box offers resistance against water, fire, and high voltage, simplifying wiring while ensuring safety.
Factory testing: Rigorous testing ensures that each air cooler is pristine and dependable, undergoing thorough cleaning, meticulous inspections, and a 25bar pressure holding test prior to dispatch.
Sheet spacing: Standard spacing options of 4.5mm, 6.0mm, and 9.0mm cater to varied temperature and humidity needs, offering flexibility and precision.
