The D air cooler series, comprising DL, DD, and DJ models, caters to a wide spectrum of temperature needs. The DL series is ideal for maintaining 0 ºC environments, perfect for preserving eggs and vegetables. The DD series is designed for -18ºC conditions, making it ideal for storing meat and fish. For freezing fresh food like meat and fish, the DJ series excels at approximately -25ºC.

Product Introduction:

Shell: Crafted from premium steel plate treated with low-temperature resistant powder, our shell boasts exceptional corrosion resistance. Customization options include aluminum plate or stainless-steel shells. Each tube plate is constructed from 2.0 thick aluminum alloy, significantly reducing the risk of internal leakage caused by the thermal expansion and contraction of heat exchange copper tubes.
Double-layer water tray: Featuring a hinged lap design, the outer water tray plate allows for easy inspection and maintenance. The ribbed slope design at the bottom enhances drainage efficiency and prevents icing and corrosion. The inner water tray, lined with aluminum plate, minimizes air bypass, boosting fan efficiency and defrosting effectiveness.
Heat exchange pipe:Utilizing high-efficiency internal thread pipes from top-tier brands, our heat exchange pipes are optimized with a positive triangle staggered design, significantly enhancing heat exchange efficiency.
Fin:Our classic Europe-style sinusoid corrugated aluminum fin is engineered to maximize air disturbance, greatly enhancing heat exchange capacity on the air side.

Fan:Our custom high-power fan, equipped with an external rotor, operates reliably across a temperature range of -40ºC to 60ºC. With motor insulation rated at Grade F, it ensures unparalleled stability and reliability.
Defrosting:Incorporating stainless steel electric heating pipes with low power and density, our defrosting system is meticulously arranged within the coil and water pan. This design ensures uniform heating, enhances defrosting efficiency, and extends the lifespan of the electric heating pipes.
Electrical junction box:Our specially designed electrical junction box is water-resistant, fire-resistant, and high-voltage resistant, facilitating effortless wiring.
Factory testing:Each air cooler undergoes rigorous cleaning and inspection, successfully passing a 25-bar pressure holding test before delivery.
Sheet spacing:Our standard sheet spacing options—4.5mm, 6.0mm, and 9.0mm—are designed to meet varying temperature and humidity conditions.
