Product Description

Air coolers can be utilized in various cold storage facilities, including architectural and constructional ones. Our D series air coolers come in three distinct types: DL, DD, and DJ. The DL series is perfect for maintaining temperatures at 0ºC, ideal for storing eggs and vegetables. The DD series operates around -18ºC, making it suitable for preserving meat and fish. For freezing fresh foods like meat and fish to around -25ºC, the DJ series is the optimal choice.

Product Introduction:

Shell:Constructed from high-quality steel plates coated with a low-temperature resistant powder, offering exceptional corrosion resistance. Aluminum or stainless-steel shells are also available for customization. All tube plates are made from 2.0 mm thick aluminum alloy to minimize the risk of internal leakage due to thermal expansion and contraction of the heat exchange copper tubes.
Double-layer Water Tray:The outer water tray features a hinged lap design for easy inspection and maintenance. A ribbed slope design at the tray bottom accelerates drainage, preventing icing and corrosion. The inner tray is lined with an aluminum plate to reduce air bypass, enhancing fan efficiency and defrosting performance.
Heat Exchange Pipe:Utilizes efficient internal thread pipes from premium brands, featuring an optimized loop and positive triangle staggered design to significantly enhance heat exchange efficiency.
Fin:Incorporates classic Europe-style sinusoidal corrugated aluminum fins, designed to improve air disturbance and significantly boost heat exchange capacity on the air side.

Fan:Equipped with a customized high-power fan featuring an external rotor, suitable for operating temperatures ranging from -40ºC to 60ºC. The motor's insulation class is Grade F, ensuring exceptional stability and reliability.
Defrosting:Features stainless steel electric heating pipes with low power and density. Thoughtfully arranged within the coil and inner water pan, these pipes ensure uniform heating, enhancing defrosting efficiency and extending the service life of the heating elements.
Electrical Junction Box:Specially designed to resist water, fire, and high voltage, our electrical junction box allows for easy wiring.
Factory Testing:Each air cooler is meticulously cleaned, inspected, and undergoes a rigorous 25 bar pressure holding test before delivery.
Sheet Spacing:Available in standard values of 4.5mm, 6.0mm, and 9.0mm to meet diverse temperature and humidity requirements.
Different Refrigerants:Compatible with a variety of refrigerants, including R404A, R507A, R134a, and R22, meeting diverse refrigeration needs.
