Product Description

The cold storage panels are crafted from

an inner metal plate, an outer metal plate, and an intermediate polyurethane insulation layer, ensuring optimal thermal insulation.
Horizontal and Vertical Operation Methods:
1. Begin with a waterproof film and SBS padding to provide a moisture barrier.
2. Employ galvanized L or U-shaped positioning, secured with durable expansion bolts.
3. Utilize a sealant substrate for enhanced sealing capabilities.
4. Pre-install board seam sealant, combining double-sided groove sealant with a polyurethane spray in the middle.
5. Erect the vertical wall panel for sturdy support.
6. For installations exceeding 6 meters, incorporate wall purlins, C-shaped steel, and quick mushroom nails for added stability.

Suspended ceiling panel operation method:
1. Determine the optimal length and lifting direction of the ceiling panel, aligning the joint parallel to the building's main beam.
2. Pre-install suspension beam structural components, using 6 # channel steel and fixtures to suspend the beam, along with an M12 lifting screw, connected to a robust C-type Steel keel.
3. Elevate the insulation top plate with precision.
4. Adjust the length of the lifting screw for perfect alignment.
5. Enhance the main joint's insulation by spraying polyurethane foam, using a PVC sleeve to disrupt the cold bridge, and finishing with a color steel folding piece for a polished look.
