Boasting robust sealing capabilities and impressive thermal insulation, these doors are designed to excel in operation. Tailor them to your precise size requirements for a perfect fit.
Application environment: Ideal for cold storage and freezer settings. Operating temperature range: An impressive -45ºC to +50ºC, ensuring versatility across various conditions.
Sealing strip material: Crafted with EPDM, known for its superior chemical stability and outstanding durability. It offers excellent aging performance, adaptable to a broad temperature range, with a long-term working temperature spanning -50ºC to +50ºC.
Door panel material: Utilizing state-of-the-art polyurethane and overall foaming technology, these panels present a sleek appearance with exceptional insulation properties. Available in premium materials like stainless steel, color steel plate, and embossed aluminum plate.

Door thickness options: Available in varying specifications of 75mm, 100mm, 120mm, 150mm, 180mm, and 200mm, ensuring that every need is met.
Doorframe material: Constructed with durable aluminum alloy, these doorframes present a clean and elegant exterior, overcoming the traditional limitations of wooden frames such as low strength and decay. Equipped with self-limiting temperature electric heating strips for seamless operation without the need for manual intervention.
Guide rail device: Featuring an aluminum alloy guide rail with an innovative guide wheel and clamping wheel device. This sophisticated system efficiently separates the door from its frame upon opening and securely presses it against the frame and floor when closed.

Production Process

Pressed According to the customer's choice of steel coil and the direction of use, after precision instrument rolling, finally formed corrosion resistant, acid resistant, water resistant door type.

Measure Strict calculation, no error according to the customer's choice of length, width and height to customize the size of the door, in this step reflects the spirit of craftsmanship.

Assemble At this step, the door seal is assembled. Our thickness is 75/100/150/200mm, which can ensure the insulation capacity according to the direction of use.

Measure Again Now that the casing has been assembled, the next step is to make sure that the core is insulated with a precise polyurethane feed.

Foam The exquisite mold is waiting for the entrance of the door. In this step, polyurethane feeding will start. We choose Wanhua and B ASF.
