Application environment: Ideal for cold storage and freezer environments. Operating effectively within a temperature range of -45ºC to +50ºC, these doors are versatile and reliable under extreme conditions.
Sealing strip material: Crafted from high-quality EPDM, our sealing strips provide outstanding chemical stability, durability, and resistance to aging. They adapt remarkably well to a wide range of temperatures, performing optimally from -50ºC to +50ºC, ensuring long-lasting function and reliability.
Door panel material: Our doors boast a polyurethane and panel overall foamed structure, delivering a sleek, flat appearance coupled with excellent insulation properties. The door panels are available in stainless steel, color steel plate, and embossed aluminum plate, providing a stylish yet functional choice for your cold room.

Door thickness: Available in a variety of thickness options – 75mm, 100mm, 120mm, 150mm, 180mm, and 200mm – our doors cater to your specific insulation needs, providing the exact level of protection you require.
Doorframe material: Constructed from robust aluminum alloy, our door frames offer a clean, sophisticated appearance and exceptional durability. They overcome the traditional weaknesses of wooden frames, such as low strength and susceptibility to decay. Equipped with self-regulating temperature electric heating strips, these frames require no manual intervention for power control, enhancing convenience and efficiency.
Guide rail device: Our aluminum alloy guide rail is ingeniously designed with a guide wheel and clamping wheel device. This system allows the door to separate from the frame upon opening and press securely against the door frame and floor when closed, ensuring smooth and efficient operation.

Production Process

Pressed According to the customer's choice of steel coil and the direction of use, after precision instrument rolling, finally formed corrosion resistant, acid resistant, water resistant door type.

Measure Strict calculation, no error according to the customer's choice of length, width and height to customize the size of the door, in this step reflects the spirit of craftsmanship.

Assemble At this step, the door seal is assembled. Our thickness is 75/100/150/200mm, which can ensure the insulation capacity according to the direction of use.

Measure Again Now that the casing has been assembled, the next step is to make sure that the core is insulated with a precise polyurethane feed.

Foam The exquisite mold is waiting for the entrance of the door. In this step, polyurethane feeding will start. We choose Wanhua and B ASF.
