The D air coolers come in three distinct series: DL, DD, and DJ. The DL series is optimal for environments around 0 ºC, making it perfect for storing eggs and vegetables. The DD series maintains temperatures around -18ºC, ideal for meat and fish storage. For those needing to freeze fresh foods like meat and fish, the DJ series operates effectively around -25ºC.

Product Introduction:

Shell: Constructed from high-quality steel plate treated with low-temperature resistant powder, our shells boast impressive corrosion resistance. Customizable options include aluminum plate or stainless-steel shells. All tube plates are crafted from 2.0 thick aluminum alloy to reduce the risk of internal leakage caused by the thermal expansion and contraction of heat exchange copper tubes.
Double-layer water tray: The outer water tray features a hinged lap design, facilitating easy inspection and maintenance. The ribbed slope design at the tray's bottom ensures rapid drainage, minimizing icing and corrosion risks. An inner aluminum-covered water tray reduces air bypass, enhancing fan efficiency and defrosting performance.
Heat exchange pipe:Utilizing efficient internal thread pipes from premium brands, our design features an optimized loop and positive triangle staggered configuration to significantly boost heat exchange efficiency.
Fin:Our classic European-style sinusoid corrugated aluminum fins enhance air disturbance and significantly improve heat exchange capacity on the air side.

Fan:Our customized high-power fan comes with an external rotor, operational between -40ºC and 60ºC. The motor's insulation class is Grade F, ensuring exceptional stability and reliability.
Defrosting:Equipped with stainless steel electric heating pipes of low power and density, these are strategically arranged inside the coil and water pan to ensure uniform heating, enhancing defrosting efficiency and extending the service life of the heating elements.
Electrical junction box:Our specially designed electrical junction box is resistant to water, fire, and high-voltage and allows for easy wiring.
Factory testing:Each air cooler undergoes thorough cleaning, inspection, and a 25bar pressure holding test before delivery, ensuring top-notch quality and performance.
Sheet spacing:Available in standard sizes of 4.5mm, 6.0mm, and 9.0mm, our sheet spacings cater to diverse temperature and humidity requirements.
