Our versatile air coolers are ideal for a range of cold storage applications, from architectural to constructional facilities. The 'D' series air coolers are available in three distinct models: DL, DD, and DJ. The DL series is perfect for maintaining a temperature of 0ºC, ideal for preserving eggs and vegetables. The DD series operates around -18ºC, making it suitable for storing meats and fish. The DJ series is designed for freezing fresh foods such as meat and fish at approximately -25ºC.

Product Introduction:

Shell: Crafted from high-quality steel plate treated with low-temperature resistant powder, our shell boasts superior corrosion resistance. You can also opt for aluminum plate or stainless-steel customizations. To prevent internal leakage due to thermal expansion and contraction, all tube plates are made with 2.0 thick aluminum alloy.
Double-layer water tray: The outer water tray features a hinged lap design, simplifying inspection and maintenance. The ribbed slope at the bottom accelerates drainage, preventing icing and corrosion. The inner tray, covered with aluminum plate, minimizes air bypass, enhancing fan efficiency and defrosting performance.
Heat exchange pipe: Utilizing high-efficiency internal thread pipes from premium brands, our design includes an optimized loop and positive triangle staggered arrangement to maximize heat exchange efficiency.
Fin: Our European-style sinusoidal corrugated aluminum fins significantly enhance air disturbance and heat exchange capacity, ensuring optimal performance.

Fan: Each unit comes with a customized high-power fan featuring an external rotor, capable of operating in temperatures ranging from -40ºC to 60ºC. The motor’s insulation class is Grade F, guaranteeing stability and reliability.
Defrosting: Equipped with a stainless steel electric heating pipe, designed with low power and density, precisely arranged within the coil and inner water pan to ensure uniform heating, enhanced defrosting, and extended service life.
Electrical junction box: Our specially customized electrical junction box is designed to resist water, fire, and high voltage, offering easy wiring and heightened durability.
Factory testing: Each air cooler undergoes thorough cleaning and inspection, including a 25bar pressure holding test, to ensure it meets our stringent quality standards before delivery.
Sheet spacing: Available in standard spacings of 4.5mm, 6.0mm, and 9.0mm, our sheets cater to various temperature and humidity requirements.
Different refrigerants: Designed to accommodate a range of refrigerants, including R404A, R507A, R134a, and R22, our air coolers provide flexible and reliable solutions for your cooling needs.
