Air coolers can be utilized in various cold storage environments, including architectural and constructional settings. The D Series air coolers include DL, DD, and DJ models. The DL series is suitable for maintaining temperatures around 0ºC, ideal for storing eggs and vegetables. The DD series operates at approximately -18ºC, perfect for preserving meats and fish. The DJ series excels at -25ºC, optimal for freezing fresh foods such as meat and seafood.

Product Introduction:

Shell: Constructed from high-quality steel plate treated with low-temperature resistant powder, providing exceptional corrosion resistance. Customizable options include aluminum or stainless-steel shells. All tube plates are crafted from 2.0mm thick aluminum alloy to minimize the risk of internal leaks caused by thermal expansion and contraction of heat exchange copper tubes.
Double-layer water tray: The outer water tray features a hinged lap design for easy inspection and maintenance. A ribbed slope design at the bottom facilitates quick drainage, preventing icing and corrosion. The inner water tray, covered with an aluminum plate, reduces air bypass, enhancing fan efficiency and defrosting performance.
Heat exchange pipe:Utilizing efficient internal thread pipes from a premium brand, our heat exchange system boasts an optimized loop and positive triangle staggered design to maximize heat exchange efficiency.
Fin:Equipped with classic European-style sinusoid corrugated aluminum fins, designed to enhance air disturbance and significantly boost heat exchange capacity on the air side.

Fan:Our customized high-power fan features an external rotor and operates within a temperature range of -40ºC to 60ºC. The motor's insulation class is Grade F, ensuring exceptional stability and reliability.
Defrosting:Featuring a stainless steel electric heating pipe with low power and density, strategically arranged inside the coil and on the inner water pan. This configuration ensures uniform heating, enhances defrosting efficiency, and extends the life of the electric heating pipe.
Electrical junction box:A specially customized electrical junction box designed to resist water, fire, and high voltage, facilitating easy wiring.
Factory testing:Each air cooler undergoes thorough cleaning and inspection, and passes a 25 bar pressure holding test before delivery.
Sheet spacing:Standard sheet spacing options are 4.5mm, 6.0mm, and 9.0mm, catering to various temperature and humidity requirements.
