Product Description

The cold storage panels are constructed with

an interior metal sheet, an exterior metal sheet, and a central layer of superior polyurethane insulation.
Horizontal and Vertical Operation Methods:
1. Employing waterproof film along with SBS padding ensures durability.
2. Utilize galvanized L or U-shaped positioning, secured with robust expansion bolts.
3. Incorporate a high-quality sealant substrate.
4. Pre-installed board seam sealant, combining double-sided groove sealant with a polyurethane spray center, for impeccable sealing.
5. Install vertical wall panels with precision.
6. For extensions beyond 6 meters, integrate wall purlins, C-shaped steel, and expedient quick mushroom nails.

Suspended Ceiling Panel Operation Method:
1. Assess the ceiling panel's length and orientation for lifting according to the building’s main beam structure. Ensure panel joints align parallel to the main beam.
2. Pre-install suspension beam components with 6# channel steel. Secure the fixture suspension beam with suspended M12 lifting screws, connecting to the C-type steel keel.
3. Elevate the insulation top plate into position.
4. Fine-tune the lifting screw length for optimal alignment.
5. Apply polyurethane foam at the main joint to enhance insulation. Encase the PVC sleeve to interrupt the cold bridge, and neatly finish with color steel folding pieces.
