Product Description

The cold storage panels are comprised of
an inner metal plate, an outer metal plate, and a sophisticated polyurethane insulation layer nestled in between.
Horizontal and Vertical Operation Methods:
1. Ensuring durability with a waterproof film and SBS padding.
2. Secure installation using galvanized L or U-shaped positioning fixed by expansion bolts.
3. Apply sealant substrate for enhanced protection.
4. Pre-installed board seam sealant with double-sided groove sealant and polyurethane spray in the center for seamless integration.
5. Install vertical wall panels for structural integrity.
6. For structures over 6 meters, integrate wall purlins, C-shaped steel, and quick mushroom nails to maintain stability.

Suspended Ceiling Panel Operation Method:
1. Ascertaining the length and direction for the ceiling panel's lift by aligning it with the main beam of the building structure. (Ceiling panel joints remain parallel to the main beam).
2. Pre-install suspension beam structural components including 6# channel steel and fixture suspension beam; utilize a suspended M12 lifting screw connected to a C-type steel keel.
3. Carefully lift the insulation top plate for precise alignment.
4. Adjust the length of the lifting screw for exact placement.
5. Main joints are meticulously sealed with polyurethane foam. The PVC sleeve is foamed to eliminate cold bridges while the color steel folding piece is expertly trimmed for a flawless finish.
