The D series air coolers offer versatile applications: DL series optimally preserves eggs and vegetables at a temperature of 0 ºC. The DD series ensures the perfect environment for meat and fish storage at approximately -18 ºC. For those desiring an ultra-fresh freeze for meats, fish, and more, the DJ series operates efficiently around -25 ºC, maintaining peak quality.

Product Introduction:

Shell: Our product boasts a high-quality steel plate, treated with a low-temperature resistant powder for outstanding corrosion resistance. Depending on your preferences, aluminum or stainless-steel shells are also available. To minimize potential internal leakage caused by the heat exchange copper tube's thermal expansion and contraction, we employ 2.0 thick aluminum alloy plates for all tube plates.
Double-layer water tray: The innovative hinged lap design of the outer water tray plate streamlines inspection and maintenance. A ribbing slope at the tray's bottom ensures rapid drainage, preventing icing and corrosion. Enhanced by an aluminum plate cover, the inner water tray reduces air bypass, thus boosting fan efficiency and defrosting performance.
Heat exchange pipe: Our heat exchange system features top-tier efficient internal thread pipes from a renowned brand. With an optimized loop and advanced positive triangle staggered design, these pipes significantly improve heat exchange efficiency.
Fin: Experience superior air disturbance and enhanced heat exchange capabilities with our classic European-style sinusoidal corrugated aluminum fins, meticulously engineered for optimal performance.

Fan: Our customized high-power fan features an external rotor, functioning reliably in temperatures ranging from -40ºC to 60ºC. With a motor insulation class of Grade F, it guarantees stability and trustworthy performance.
Defrosting: Utilizing a stainless steel electric heating pipe with low power and density, it is strategically positioned within the coil and inner water pan. This ensures uniform heating, enhanced defrosting performance, and a prolonged service life of the heating pipe.
Electrical junction box: Our specially designed electrical junction box is engineered to withstand water, fire, and high voltage, while also being user-friendly for straightforward wiring.
Factory testing: Rest assured, each air cooler undergoes rigorous cleaning, inspection, and a 25-bar pressure holding test before leaving the factory to guarantee top quality and reliability.
Sheet spacing: Our standard sheet spacing options of 4.5mm, 6.0mm, and 9.0mm are crafted to meet diverse temperature and humidity needs with precision.
