Our versatile air coolers are ideal for a variety of cold storage applications, whether architectural or constructional. The D series offers three distinct models: DL, DD, and DJ. The DL series is perfect for maintaining temperatures around 0ºC, ideal for preserving eggs and vegetables. The DD series operates optimally at approximately -18ºC, making it the best choice for storing meat and fish. For those requiring even colder conditions, the DJ series maintains temperatures around -25ºC, perfect for freezing fresh foods such as meat and fish, ensuring their extended freshness and quality.

Product Introduction:

Shell: Crafted from high-quality steel plate and enhanced with a low-temperature resistant powder, our shell boasts exceptional corrosion resistance. Customizations with aluminum plate or stainless-steel shells are available. All tube plates are made of 2.0mm thick aluminum alloy to significantly minimize the risk of internal leaks caused by the wear of heat exchange copper tubes due to thermal expansion and contraction.
Double-layer Water Tray: Designed with a hinged lap form, the outer water tray plate allows for easy inspection and maintenance. The ribbed slope design at the tray's bottom ensures rapid drainage, preventing icing and corrosion. The inner water tray features an aluminum plate cover to reduce air bypass, thereby enhancing fan efficiency and defrosting performance.
Heat Exchange Pipe:Our heat exchange pipes are sourced from renowned brands and feature an efficient internal thread design with an optimized loop and positive triangle staggered arrangement to maximize heat exchange efficiency.
Fin:We utilize the classic European-style sinusoid corrugated aluminum fin, which markedly improves air turbulence and enhances the heat exchange capacity on the air side.

Fan:Equipped with a customized high-power fan featuring an external rotor, our fans operate within a temperature range of -40ºC to 60ºC. The motor’s Grade F insulation class assures unparalleled stability and reliability.
Defrosting:Our stainless steel electric heating pipes are designed with low power and density, strategically arranged both within the coil and on the inner water pan. This ensures uniform heating, maximizes defrosting efficiency, and extends the electric heating pipe's lifespan.
Electrical Junction Box:The specially designed electrical junction box is fire, water, and high-voltage resistant, ensuring easy wiring and maximum safety.
Factory Testing:Each air cooler undergoes rigorous cleaning and inspection and must pass a 25-bar pressure test before delivery, ensuring performance and reliability.
Sheet Spacing:Standard spacing values are available in 4.5mm, 6.0mm, and 9.0mm, catering to various temperature and humidity requirements.
