The Celsius Air Cooler for Industrial Cold Room, operating at 380V, is a versatile solution for various cold storage needs. Our D series air coolers include DL, DD, and DJ models, each meticulously designed for specific temperature zones. The DL series is ideal for environments around 0°C, perfect for storing eggs and vegetables. The DD series operates around -18°C, making it suitable for preserving meats and fish. For those requiring freezing capabilities, the DJ series performs at approximately -25°C, ideal for fresh foods like meat and fish.

Product Introduction:

Shell: Crafted from premium high-quality steel plate with a low-temperature resistant powder coating, our shells boast robust corrosion resistance. Customized options include aluminum or stainless-steel shells. All tube plates are engineered from 2.0mm thick aluminum alloy, minimizing internal leakage risks due to thermal expansion and contraction.
Double-layer Water Tray: The outer water tray features a hinged lap design, facilitating easy inspection and maintenance. The ribbing slope at its bottom speeds drainage and prevents icing and corrosion. The inner tray, covered with an aluminum plate, reduces air bypass, enhancing fan efficiency and defrosting performance.
Heat Exchange Pipe:Utilizing high-efficiency internal thread pipes from top-tier brands, our pipe design features an optimized loop and a positive triangle staggered configuration to maximize heat exchange efficiency.
Fin:Our classic Europe-style sinusoidal corrugated aluminum fins significantly enhance air disturbance, boosting heat exchange capacity on the air side.

 

Fan:Equipped with a customized high-power fan featuring an external rotor, our units operate efficiently within a temperature range of -40ºC to 60ºC. The motor's insulation class is Grade F, ensuring unparalleled stability and reliability.
Defrosting:Our stainless steel electric heating pipes possess low power and density, strategically placed within the coil and inner water pan to guarantee uniform heating, superior defrosting, and extended service life.
Electrical Junction Box:Specially customized to resist water, fire, and high voltage, our electrical junction box is designed for easy wiring and superior safety.
Factory Testing:Each air cooler undergoes thorough cleaning, inspection, and a rigorous 25-bar pressure holding test to ensure optimal performance before delivery.
