Our versatile air coolers are ideal for various types of cold stores, from architectural to constructional. The D series includes DL, DD, and DJ models, each designed for specific temperature ranges. The DL series is perfect for maintaining 0ºC, ideal for eggs and vegetables. The DD series operates around -18ºC, suitable for meat and fish storage. The DJ series excels at -25ºC, perfect for freezing fresh food like meat and fish.

Product Introduction:

Shell: Crafted from high-quality steel plate and treated with low-temperature resistant powder, our shells boast strong corrosion resistance. Customizable aluminum or stainless-steel shells are available. All tube plates feature 2.0mm thick aluminum alloy to minimize leakage risks due to thermal expansion and contraction.
Double-layer water tray: The outer water tray features a hinged lap design for easy inspection and maintenance. Ribbing slope design at the bottom ensures rapid drainage and prevents icing and corrosion. The inner tray, covered in aluminum, reduces air bypass, enhancing fan efficiency and defrost effect.
Heat exchange pipe:We use efficient internal thread pipes from premium brands, designed with an optimized loop and positive triangle staggered layout to maximize heat exchange efficiency.
Fin:Our classic Europe-style sinusoid corrugated aluminum fins significantly enhance air disturbance and heat exchange capacity on the air side.

Fan:Equipped with a customized high-power fan featuring an external rotor (operating temperature: -40ºC to 60ºC). The motor's insulation class is Grade F, ensuring exceptional stability and reliability.
Defrosting:Our stainless steel electric heating pipes have low power and density, strategically arranged within the coil and inner water pan. This setup ensures even heating, improved defrosting, and extends the lifespan of the heating pipes.
Electrical junction box:Specially customized to resist water, fire, and high voltage, our electrical junction boxes are also designed for easy wiring.
Factory testing:Each air cooler undergoes rigorous cleaning, inspection, and a 25bar pressure holding test before delivery, ensuring top-notch quality.
Sheet spacing:We offer standard sheet spacing of 4.5mm, 6.0mm, and 9.0mm to accommodate various temperature and humidity requirements.
