Our versatile air coolers are perfect for a wide array of cold storage applications, whether for architectural or constructional purposes. We offer three distinct series: DL, DD, and DJ. The DL series is ideal for maintaining a temperature of 0ºC, making it perfect for storing eggs and vegetables. The DD series operates around -18ºC and is designed for preserving meats and fish. For those needing to freeze fresh foods like meat and fish, the DJ series excels at temperatures near -25ºC.

Product Introduction:

Shell: Crafted from high-quality steel plate treated with low-temperature resistant powder, our shell offers robust corrosion resistance. We also provide customization options with aluminum plate or stainless-steel shells. All tube plates are composed of 2.0mm thick aluminum alloy, reducing the risk of internal leakage caused by the wear on heat exchange copper tubes due to thermal expansion and contraction.
Double-layer water tray: The outer water tray features a hinged lap design, simplifying inspection and maintenance. Its ribbed slope design at the bottom accelerates drainage, mitigating icing and corrosion. The inner water tray is lined with aluminum plate to minimize air bypass, enhancing both fan efficiency and defrosting performance.
Heat exchange pipe:Utilizing premium brand efficient internal thread pipes with an optimized loop and a positive triangle staggered design, our heat exchange pipes significantly improve heat exchange efficiency.
Fin:The classic Europe-style sinusoid corrugated aluminum fin is engineered to boost air disturbance and significantly enhance heat exchange capacity on the air side.

Fan:Our customized high-power fan features an external rotor and operates effectively within a temperature range of -40ºC to 60ºC. The motor boasts an insulation class of Grade F, ensuring both stability and reliability.
Defrosting:Equipped with a stainless steel electric heating pipe with low power and density, our defrosting system is thoughtfully arranged inside the coil and on the inner water pan to ensure uniform heating, enhance defrosting efficiency, and extend the service life of the electric heating pipe.
Electrical junction box:Our specially designed electrical junction box is resistant to water, fire, and high voltage, facilitating easy wiring and ensuring safety.
Factory testing:Each air cooler undergoes thorough cleaning and inspection and passes a rigorous 25bar pressure holding test before delivery.
Sheet spacing:Our standard sheet spacing options are 4.5mm, 6.0mm, and 9.0mm, allowing you to meet varying temperature and humidity requirements.
Different refrigerants:Our air coolers are compatible with a range of refrigerants including R404A, R507A, R134a, R22, and more, catering to diverse refrigeration needs.
