The D series air coolers comprise three exquisite variants: DL, DD, and DJ. The DL series is perfect for environments at or above 0°C, ideal for preserving fresh produce like eggs and vegetables. The DD series excels at maintaining temperatures around -18°C, making it suitable for storing meats and fish. For deep freezing requirements, the DJ series operates around -25°C, ensuring the utmost freshness of meats, fish, and other perishables.

Product Introduction:

Shell: Crafted from high-quality steel plates, our air coolers are coated with a low-temperature resistant powder that offers robust corrosion resistance. For those with specific needs, aluminum or stainless-steel shells are available upon request. Each tube plate is composed of 2.0mm thick aluminum alloy, significantly reducing the risk of internal leaks caused by the wear and tear of the heat exchange copper tubes due to thermal expansion and contraction.
Double-layer water tray: The outer water tray plate features a hinged lap design, simplifying inspection and maintenance processes. The ribbed slope design at the bottom enhances drainage efficiency, preventing icing and corrosion. The inner water tray, covered with an aluminum plate, minimizes air bypass, thereby increasing fan efficiency and enhancing defrosting performance.
Heat exchange pipe:Our air coolers incorporate efficient internal thread pipes from premium brands, featuring an optimized loop and a positive triangle staggered design to maximize heat exchange efficiency.
Fin:Equipped with classic European-style sinusoid corrugated aluminum fins, our air coolers significantly boost air disturbance, enhancing heat exchange capacity on the air side.

Fan:Our customized high-power fans with external rotors operate in a temperature range of -40°C to 60°C. The motors have an insulation class of Grade F, ensuring unparalleled stability and reliability.
Defrosting:Featuring stainless steel electric heating pipes with low power and density, our air coolers ensure uniform heating. These pipes are strategically placed inside the coil and on the inner water pan to enhance defrosting efficiency and extend the lifespan of the electric heating system.
Electrical junction box:Our specially customized electrical junction boxes are designed to resist water, fire, and high voltage, facilitating easy and safe wiring.
Factory testing:Each air cooler undergoes meticulous cleaning and inspection and is rigorously tested to withstand 25 bar pressure before being dispatched from our facility.
Sheet spacing:We offer standard sheet spacings of 4.5mm, 6.0mm, and 9.0mm, catering to varied temperature and humidity requirements.
