Product Description

Our versatile air coolers are ideal for a wide range of cold storage facilities, including architectural and constructional cold stores. Our D series air coolers—DL, DD, and DJ—cater to diverse temperature requirements: DL series operates around 0 ºC, perfect for storing eggs and vegetables. DD series maintains temperatures around -18ºC, suitable for preserving meat and fish. DJ series is engineered for temperatures near -25ºC, making it ideal for freezing fresh foods like meat and fish.

Product Introduction:

Shell: Crafted from high-quality steel, our shells are treated with a low-temperature resistant powder for superior corrosion resistance. Customization options include aluminum or stainless steel shells. We use 2.0mm thick aluminum alloy tube plates to reduce internal leakage risks caused by the thermal expansion and contraction of heat exchange copper tubing.
Double-layer water tray: The outer water tray features a hinged lap design for easy inspection and maintenance. A ribbed slope at the bottom enhances drainage and prevents icing and corrosion. The inner tray is lined with aluminum to minimize air bypass and boost fan efficiency and defrost performance.
Heat exchange pipe:Our heat exchange pipes are made from premium internal threaded tubing with an optimized loop and a positive triangle staggered design to maximize heat exchange efficiency.
Fin:We utilize classic, Europe-style sinusoidal corrugated aluminum fins to improve air disturbance and significantly enhance heat exchange capacity on the air side.

Fan:Our high-power fans, custom-designed with an external rotor, operate within a temperature range of -40ºC to 60ºC. The motor boasts an insulation class of Grade F, ensuring unmatched stability and reliability.
Defrosting:Equipped with stainless steel electric heating pipes of low power and density, our defrosting system is strategically arranged inside the coil and inner water pan for uniform heating, enhanced defrost efficiency, and extended service life of the heating pipes.
Electrical junction box:Our specially designed electrical junction box resists water, fire, and high voltage, ensuring ease of wiring and enhanced safety.
Factory testing:Each air cooler undergoes thorough cleaning, inspection, and a rigorous 25-bar pressure holding test before delivery to ensure optimum performance and reliability.
Sheet spacing:Our standard sheet spacing values—4.5mm, 6.0mm, and 9.0mm—are designed to meet a variety of temperature and humidity requirements.
Different refrigerants:Our air coolers are compatible with various refrigerants, including R404A, R507A, R134a, and R22, to meet your diverse refrigeration needs.
