Their superior thermal insulation ensures efficiency, and they promise reliable operation. Moreover, they can be tailored to fit your specific size requirements, offering unparalleled customization.
Application environment: Perfectly suited for cold storage and freezer environments. Operating temperature: Capable of withstanding extreme temperatures ranging from -45ºC to +50ºC, ensuring optimal performance in any condition.
Sealing strip material: Constructed with high-quality EPDM, offering remarkable chemical stability and durability. Known for its outstanding aging performance, this material adapts to a wide temperature range and functions effectively between -50ºC and +50ºC.
Door panel material: Features a polyurethane core with overall panel foaming for a sleek appearance and enhanced insulation. The panels are crafted from premium stainless steel, color steel plate, and embossed aluminum plate, ensuring both robustness and aesthetic appeal.

Door thickness: Available in multiple thickness options of 75mm, 100mm, 120mm, 150mm, 180mm, and 200mm, allowing you to choose the optimal thickness for your specific needs.
Doorframe material: The door frame is made of durable aluminum alloy, offering a clean and sophisticated look. This material addresses the shortcomings of traditional wooden frames by providing higher strength and resistance to decay. Equipped with self-limiting temperature electric heating strips, these frames eliminate the need for manual temperature control or power toggling.
Guide rail device: The aluminum alloy guide rail system is ingeniously designed with a guide wheel and clamping wheel mechanism. This ensures the door seamlessly detaches from the frame upon opening and securely presses against both the frame and floor when closed, enhancing security and efficiency.

Production Process

Pressed According to the customer's choice of steel coil and the direction of use, after precision instrument rolling, finally formed corrosion resistant, acid resistant, water resistant door type.

Measure Strict calculation, no error according to the customer's choice of length, width and height to customize the size of the door, in this step reflects the spirit of craftsmanship.

Assemble At this step, the door seal is assembled. Our thickness is 75/100/150/200mm, which can ensure the insulation capacity according to the direction of use.

Measure Again Now that the casing has been assembled, the next step is to make sure that the core is insulated with a precise polyurethane feed.

Foam The exquisite mold is waiting for the entrance of the door. In this step, polyurethane feeding will start. We choose Wanhua and B ASF.
