The 'D' range comprises three distinguished series: DL, DD, and DJ. The DL series is ideal for maintaining a temperate environment at 0 ºC, making it perfect for preserving the freshness of eggs and vegetables. The DD series operates efficiently at approximately -18ºC, providing optimal conditions for storing meats and fish. Meanwhile, the DJ series excels in freezing applications, maintaining a chilly -25ºC, ensuring the fresh preservation of meats, fish, and more.

Product Introduction:

Shell: Crafted for excellence, our shell features high-quality steel plated with low-temperature resistant powder, boasting robust corrosion resistance. Customization options include aluminum or stainless-steel shells. To minimize internal leakage risks due to wear and tear from thermal expansion and contraction, all tube plates are meticulously constructed using 2.0 thick aluminum alloy plates.
Double-layer water tray: Ingeniously designed, the outer water tray sports a hinged lap form, facilitating effortless inspection and maintenance. A ribbed slope at the tray's base expedites drainage, effectively preventing icing and corrosion. The inner tray is clad in an aluminum plate, reducing air bypass, thereby enhancing fan efficiency and defrosting performance.
Heat exchange pipe: Our heat exchange pipes, sourced from a top-tier brand, feature an efficient internal thread with an optimized loop and a positive triangle staggered design, significantly boosting heat exchange efficiency.
Fin: Enhanced with European flair, our sinusoidal corrugated aluminum fin maximizes air disturbance, significantly elevating the heat exchange capacity on the air side, making it a classic choice.

Fan: Featuring a customized, high-power fan with an external rotor, operating within a temperature range of -40ºC to 60ºC. It boasts a motor insulation class of Grade F, ensuring unwavering stability and reliability.
Defrosting: Equipped with a stainless-steel electric heating pipe, known for its low power and density. Strategically arranged within the coil and on the inner water pan, it ensures a uniform heating effect, enhancing the defrosting process and extending the longevity of the heating pipe.
Electrical junction box: Our specially customized electrical junction box is engineered to resist water, fire, and high voltage, simplifying the wiring process and enhancing safety.
Factory testing: Meticulously cleaned and inspected, each air cooler undergoes a rigorous 25bar pressure holding test prior to delivery, ensuring impeccable quality and performance.
Sheet spacing: Standard sheet spacings are set at 4.5mm, 6.0mm, and 9.0mm, catering to various temperature and humidity requirements, ensuring optimal environmental control.
