Our versatile air coolers cater to a multitude of cold storage environments, from architectural to constructional applications. The D series air coolers are classified into three distinct types: DL, DD, and DJ. The DL series is tailored for environments around 0ºC, ideal for preserving eggs and vegetables. The DD series operates at approximately -18ºC, making it perfect for storing meats and fish. Lastly, the DJ series performs excellently at around -25ºC, designed to freeze fresh foods such as meats and fish efficiently.

Product Introduction:

Shell: Crafted from high-quality steel, our shells undergo a rigorous low-temperature resistant powder coating process, providing superior corrosion resistance. Options for aluminum or stainless-steel construction are also available upon request. Each tube plate is manufactured from robust 2.0mm thick aluminum alloy, significantly reducing the risk of internal leaks caused by the wear and tear of heat exchange copper tubes due to thermal expansion and contraction.
Double-layer water tray: Our advanced double-layer water tray features a hinged lap design, making inspection and maintenance more convenient. The ribbed slope design at the bottom accelerates drainage and mitigates icing and corrosion risks. An inner aluminum plate covering minimizes air bypass, enhancing fan efficiency and the effectiveness of defrosting.
Heat exchange pipe:Utilizing high-efficiency internal thread pipes from a premium brand, our heat exchange pipes are designed with an optimized loop and a positive triangle staggered pattern to maximize heat exchange efficiency.
Fin:Our product boasts a classic European-style sinusoidal corrugated aluminum fin design, significantly improving air disturbance and enhancing the heat exchange capacity on the air side.

Fan:Equipped with a customized high-power fan featuring an external rotor, operating smoothly within a temperature range of -40ºC to 60ºC. The motor's insulation is classified at Grade F, ensuring utmost stability and reliability.
Defrosting:Incorporating a stainless steel electric heating pipe with low power density, our defrosting system is strategically arranged within the coil and inner water pan to ensure uniformly even heating, thereby boosting the defrosting effect and extending the service life of the electric heating pipe.
Electrical junction box:Our specially customized electrical junction box is engineered to withstand water, fire, and high-voltage conditions, ensuring safe and easy wiring.
Factory testing:Each air cooler undergoes thorough cleaning, inspection, and a stringent 25-bar pressure holding test before delivery to guarantee exceptional performance and reliability.
Sheet spacing:We offer standard sheet spacing values of 4.5mm, 6.0mm, and 9.0mm to meet diverse temperature and humidity requirements.
