Our versatile air coolers are designed for a wide array of cold storage applications, including architectural and constructional cold stores. The D series comprises three remarkable sub-series: DL, DD, and DJ. The DL series is perfect for storing eggs and vegetables at temperatures around 0ºC. The DD series is optimized for maintaining meats and fish at approximately -18ºC. For freezing fresh food items like meat and fish, the DJ series operates efficiently at around -25ºC.

Product Introduction:

Shell: Crafted from high-quality steel plates, our shell is coated with low-temperature resistant powder for superior corrosion resistance. We offer customization with aluminum or stainless-steel shells. To further safeguard against internal leaks, all tube plates are constructed from 2.0 mm thick aluminum alloy, minimizing wear from thermal expansion and contraction of the heat exchange copper tubes.
Double-layer water tray: The innovative hinged lap design of the outer water tray plate allows for easy inspection and maintenance. Its bottom features a ribbed slope design to expedite drainage, preventing icing and corrosion. The inner tray is lined with an aluminum plate to minimize air bypass, enhancing both fan efficiency and defrosting performance.
Heat exchange pipe:Our efficient internal thread pipes, sourced from top-tier brands, feature an optimized loop and positive triangle staggered design, significantly boosting heat exchange efficiency.
Fin:The classic European-style sinusoidal corrugated aluminum fins enhance air turbulence, greatly increasing heat exchange capacity on the air side.

Fan:Equipped with a custom high-power fan with an external rotor, operational in temperatures ranging from -40ºC to 60ºC. The motor's insulation class is Grade F, ensuring unparalleled stability and reliability.
Defrosting:Incorporating stainless steel electric heating pipes with low power and density, strategically placed within the coil and inner water pan. This design ensures uniform heating, enhances defrosting efficiency, and extends the service life of the electric heating elements.
Electrical junction box:Our custom-designed electrical junction box is exceptionally resistant to water, fire, and high voltage, offering ease of wiring and unparalleled safety.
Factory testing:Each air cooler undergoes a thorough cleaning and inspection, successfully passing a rigorous 25 bar pressure holding test before delivery, ensuring top-notch quality.
Sheet spacing:Standard configurations of 4.5mm, 6.0mm, and 9.0mm are available, tailored to meet diverse temperature and humidity requirements.
Different refrigerants:Our air coolers are compatible with a variety of refrigerants, including R404A, R507A, R134a, and R22, ensuring flexible and efficient cooling solutions.
