Shell: Crafted from premium quality steel plates, treated with a special low-temperature resistant powder coating, our shells boast exceptional corrosion resistance. For those with specific requirements, customization options include aluminum or stainless-steel shells. All tube plates are constructed from 2.0 thick aluminum alloy, significantly minimizing internal leakage risks due to the inevitable thermal expansion and contraction affecting the heat exchange copper tubes.
Double-layer water tray: Engineered with precision, the outer water tray features a hinged lap design, simplifying inspection and maintenance tasks. The ribbing slope at the tray's base accelerates drainage and helps prevent icing and corrosion. The inner tray, clad in aluminum, reduces air bypass, thereby enhancing fan efficiency and the effectiveness of defrosting processes.
Heat exchange pipe: Our air coolers utilize state-of-the-art internal threaded pipes from leading brands, meticulously designed with an optimized loop and a positive triangle staggered formation to significantly boost heat exchange efficiency.
Fin: Featuring the timeless elegance of Euro-style sinusoidal corrugated aluminum fins, this design choice dramatically enhances air disturbance, thereby maximizing heat exchange capacity on the air side.
Fan: Equipped with a custom high-power fan featuring an external rotor, our fans are built to withstand temperatures from -40ºC to 60ºC. The motor's insulation is classified as Grade F, ensuring unparalleled stability and reliability.
Defrosting: Our stainless steel electric heating pipes are ingeniously designed with low power and density, strategically positioned inside the coil and on the inner water pan. This configuration ensures an even heating effect, enhancing defrosting efficiency and extending the lifespan of the heating pipes.
Electrical junction box: Our specially customized electrical junction box is built to withstand water, fire, and high-voltage, all while offering easy wiring capabilities, ensuring top-tier safety and convenience.
