The D air coolers boast three distinct series: DL, DD, and DJ. The DL series is perfectly suited for environments at 0 ºC, ideal for storing eggs and vegetables. The DD series is optimized for temperatures around -18ºC, making it perfect for preserving meats and fish. Finally, the DJ series excels at around -25ºC, catering to the freezing needs of fresh food items such as meats and fish, ensuring freshness and quality.
Product Introduction:
Shell: Crafted from a high-quality steel plate, our shell is treated with low-temperature resistant powder, providing outstanding corrosion resistance. The option for aluminum or stainless-steel shells is available for customization. Additionally, all tube plates are composed of 2.0 thick aluminum alloy, effectively minimizing the risk of internal leakage due to the wear of heat exchange copper tubes, typically caused by thermal expansion and contraction.
Double-layer water tray: Our double-layer water tray features a hinged lap design for the outer plate, promoting ease in inspection and maintenance. The ribbing slope design at the tray's base accelerates drainage and prevents icing and corrosion. The inner tray is lined with aluminum, minimizing air bypass and enhancing both fan efficiency and the defrosting process.
Heat exchange pipe: Incorporating a premium brand's efficient internal thread pipe, our design boasts an optimized loop and a positive triangle staggered layout, significantly bolstering heat exchange efficiency.
Fin: Our fin design employs a classic Europe-style sinusoidal corrugated aluminum, which greatly enhances air disturbance, thus significantly boosting the heat exchange capacity on the air side.
Fan: Featuring a customized high-power fan with an external rotor, suitable for operating temperatures between -40ºC and 60ºC. The motor's insulation is of Grade F, providing exceptional stability and reliability.
Defrosting: Our defrosting system utilizes a stainless steel electric heating pipe, characterized by low power and density. Ingeniously arranged within the coil and the inner water pan, it ensures uniform heating, enhances defrosting efficacy, and prolongs the electric heating pipe's service life.
Electrical junction box: Our specially customized electrical junction box is designed to resist water, fire, and high-voltage, ensuring easy wiring and robust protection.
Factory testing: Each air cooler undergoes meticulous cleaning and inspection and successfully passes a rigorous 25bar pressure holding test before being dispatched, guaranteeing quality and performance.
Sheet spacing: Our standard sheet spacing options of 4.5mm, 6.0mm, and 9.0mm cater to diverse temperature and humidity requirements, ensuring efficiency and adaptability.
