Our innovative cold storage panels are expertly constructed using
an interior metal plate,an exterior metal plate,and a high-performance polyurethane insulation layer in between.
Horizontal and Vertical Operation Methods:
1. Utilize a waterproof film complemented by SBS padding for maximum protection.
2. Secure with galvanized L or U-shaped positioning, fixed securely with expansion bolts.
3. Ensure a robust sealant substrate for enhanced durability.
4. Pre-installed board seams are sealed with double-sided groove sealant and polyurethane spray in the middle for added security.
5. Employ a vertical wall panel for sturdiness.
6. For spans exceeding 6 meters, install wall purlins, C-shaped steel, and apply quick mushroom nails for reinforcement.

Suspended Ceiling Panel Operation Method:
1. Assess the length and lifting direction of the ceiling panel relative to the main building beam, ensuring that the ceiling panel joint is parallel to the building's main beam for optimal alignment.
2. Pre-install suspension beam structural components using 6 # channel steel and fixture suspension beam, with suspended M12 lifting screw connecting to C-type Steel keel for strong support.
3. Lift and position the insulation top plate accurately.
4. Precisely adjust the length of the lifting screw to meet specific project needs.
5. Enhance insulation by spraying the main joint with polyurethane foam, employing a PVC sleeve to interrupt cold bridges and tidying with a stylish color steel folding piece.
