Our versatile air coolers are the ideal solution for a variety of cold storage environments, be it architectural or constructional facilities. The D air cooler series consists of three types: DL, DD, and DJ. The DL series is perfect for storing eggs and vegetables at temperatures around 0ºC. The DD series maintains an optimal environment for meat and fish at approximately -18ºC. For freezing fresh foods like meat and fish, the DJ series operates efficiently around -25ºC.

Product Introduction:

Shell: Crafted from high-quality steel plates coated with low-temperature resistant powder, our shells offer exceptional corrosion resistance. We also offer customization with aluminum or stainless-steel shells. All tube plates are made from 2.0 mm thick aluminum alloy to significantly reduce the risk of internal leakage due to thermal expansion and contraction.
Double-layer water tray: The outer tray features a hinged lap design for easy inspection and maintenance. Its ribbed slope design accelerates drainage, preventing icing and corrosion. The inner tray is lined with aluminum to minimize air bypass, boosting fan efficiency and enhancing the defrosting effect.
Heat exchange pipe: Using high-efficiency internal thread pipes from top-tier brands, our optimized loop and triangular staggered design dramatically improve heat exchange efficiency.
Fin: Our classic European-style sinusoidal corrugated aluminum fins create increased air turbulence, significantly enhancing heat exchange capacity on the air side.

Fan: Our customized high-power fans with external rotors operate efficiently within a temperature range of -40ºC to 60ºC. Featuring Grade F motor insulation, they ensure outstanding stability and reliability.
Defrosting: Equipped with stainless steel electric heating pipes of low power and density, strategically placed inside the coil and inner water pan to deliver uniform heating, improved defrosting, and extended service life.
Electrical junction box: Our specially designed electrical junction box resists water, fire, and high-voltage, while allowing for easy wiring.
Factory testing: Each air cooler undergoes meticulous cleaning, inspection, and a rigorous 25-bar pressure holding test before delivery.
Sheet spacing: Standard sheet spacing options of 4.5mm, 6.0mm, and 9.0mm are available to cater to various temperature and humidity requirements.
Different refrigerants: Our air coolers are compatible with a range of refrigerants including R404A, R507A, R134a, and R22, meeting diverse cooling needs.
