Our versatile air coolers are engineered to enhance the efficiency of a wide range of cold storage solutions, from architectural to constructional facilities. The D air cooler series is categorized into DL, DD, and DJ types, each tailored to specific temperature requirements. The DL series is ideal for environments at 0 ºC, perfect for preserving eggs and vegetables. The DD series excels at maintaining temperatures around -18ºC, making it optimal for storing meats and fish. For the most demanding freezing needs, the DJ series operates at around -25ºC, preserving the freshness of meats, fish, and more.

Product Introduction:

Shell: Our air cooler features a robust shell crafted from high-quality steel plate, treated with a low-temperature resistant and highly corrosion-resistant powder. Aluminum or stainless-steel alternatives can be customized to suit specific needs. All tube plates are constructed from 2.0 mm thick aluminum alloy, significantly reducing the risk of internal leakage due to wear from thermal expansion and contraction of heat exchange copper tubes.
Double-layer water tray: The outer layer of the water tray is ingeniously designed with a hinged lap form, simplifying inspection and maintenance tasks. A ribbed slope at the base expedites drainage while preventing icing and corrosion. The inner tray, lined with aluminum, minimizes air bypass, enhancing fan efficiency and optimizing defrosting performance.
Heat exchange pipe: Constructed with high-efficiency internal thread pipes from a leading brand, the optimized loop and innovative positive triangle staggered design significantly boost heat exchange efficiency.
Fin: Our air cooler incorporates a classic Europe-style sinusoidal corrugated aluminum fin, designed to enhance air disturbance and significantly boost heat exchange capacity on the air side.

Fan: Equipped with a custom high-power fan featuring an external rotor, it operates within a wide temperature range (-40ºC to 60ºC) and boasts a motor with Grade F insulation class, ensuring exceptional stability and reliability.
Defrosting: Utilizing a stainless steel electric heating pipe, our defrosting system is engineered with low power and density, strategically arranged within the coil and inner water pan. This design ensures uniform heating, enhances defrosting efficiency, and extends the lifespan of the electric heating components.
Electrical junction box: The air cooler features a specially customized electrical junction box, designed for easy wiring while offering water, fire, and high-voltage resistance.
Factory testing: Each air cooler undergoes rigorous cleaning and inspection, with a successful completion of a 25-bar pressure holding test, confirming its quality and reliability before delivery.
Sheet spacing: Our air coolers are available with standard sheet spacing of 4.5mm, 6.0mm, and 9.0mm, designed to meet diverse temperature and humidity conditions.
Different refrigerants: Our air coolers are compatible with various refrigerants, including R404A, R507A, R134a, and R22, ensuring flexibility and broad applicability.
