The Counterflow Evaporative Condenser is a revolutionary, energy-efficient heat exchange system that optimizes the cooling process. By employing a water film sprayed on the external surface of the heat exchange coil, it effectively evaporates and absorbs the heat from the internal fluid, facilitating fluid condensation within the tube. Fresh, cool air enters through the lower air inlet, engaging in a thermal and mass exchange with the descending circulating water from the top. This process absorbs heat and moisture, transforming the air into hot and humid outflow expelled through the top air outlet. The cooled medium, introduced from the upper inlet of the coil group, traverses multiple circuits within the coils, ensuring comprehensive heat exchange with the circulating water before exiting through the lower outlet. The circulating water, drawn from the lower collection tank, is pumped to the upper sprinkler system, where high-flow nozzles uniformly distribute it over the coil's outer surface. Concurrently, it undergoes heat transfer with both the pipe’s internal medium and the external air. A minimal amount of water evaporates into the atmosphere, while the majority returns to the collection tank for continuous reuse.
Our product series is ingeniously designed for ease of transport and installation, featuring the assembly of standard components from upper and lower boxes directly at the site. The elliptical heat exchange tubes minimize refrigerant usage and are arranged more compactly, thereby reducing the cooling air flow resistance. Thanks to its unique structural design and superior thermal performance, this product stands out with its low condensation temperature, water-saving operation, and energy efficiency. Additionally, it operates quietly and without causing environmental pollution, making it a truly eco-friendly and energy-conserving solution.
