Application environment: Ideal for cold storage and freezer applications. Operating temperature range: -45ºC to +50ºC ensures versatility for various refrigeration needs.
Sealing strip material: Crafted from EPDM, renowned for its outstanding chemical stability and impressive durability. This material offers excellent aging performance, with a wide temperature adaptability, ensuring reliable service from -50ºC to +50ºC.
Door panel material: Constructed using high-quality polyurethane with overall panel foaming for superior flatness and insulation. The panel is available in stainless steel, color steel plate, and embossed aluminum plate, offering both durability and aesthetic appeal.

Door thickness: Available in a range of thickness options including 75mm, 100mm, 120mm, 150mm, 180mm, and 200mm, providing flexibility to meet your insulation needs.
Doorframe material: Featuring an aluminum alloy door frame that is sleek, clean, and enduring. This robust material overcomes the common pitfalls of wooden frames, such as low strength and susceptibility to decay. Production Process

Foam The exquisite mold is waiting for the entrance of the door. In this step, polyurethane feeding will start. We choose Wanhua and B ASF.
