3. Apply a high-quality sealant substrate for added protection.
4. Use pre-installed board seam sealant, featuring a double-sided groove sealant with polyurethane spray in the middle for seamless integration.
5. Install the vertical wall panel with precision.
6. For structures exceeding 6 meters, install robust wall purlins, C-shaped steel, and secure with quick-acting mushroom nails.
Suspended Ceiling Panel Operation Method:
1. Strategically determine the length and lifting direction of the ceiling panel according to the main beam of the building structure, ensuring that all joints align parallel to the main beam.
2. Pre-install suspension beam structural components, including 6 # channel steel and fixture suspension beam, incorporating the suspended M12 lifting screw connected to the C-type Steel keel for reliable support.
3. Carefully lift the insulation top plate to its position.
4. Adjust the length of the lifting screw to achieve precise alignment.
