Product Description

The cold storage panels are consisted by

an inner metal plate, an outer metal plate, and an intermediate polyurethane insulation layer that ensures optimal thermal efficiency and superior durability.
Horizontal and Vertical Operation Methods:
1. Employ waterproof film and premium SBS padding to fortify the structure.
2. Implement galvanized L or U-shaped positioning, securely anchored with robust expansion bolts.
3. Utilize a high-quality sealant substrate for enhanced sealing.
4. Pre-installation includes a superior board seam sealant, combining double-sided groove sealant with a polyurethane spray in the center for an airtight finish.
5. Install vertical wall panels with precision and stability.
6. For structures over 6 meters, integrate wall purlins, C-shaped steel, and efficient quick mushroom nails for additional support and balance.

Suspended ceiling panel operation method:
1. Determine the optimal length and lifting direction based on the primary beam of the building structure; align ceiling panel joints parallel to the main beam for seamless integration.
2. Pre-install suspension beam components including 6 # channel steel and fixture suspension beam, along with suspended M12 lifting screw, securely linking to C-type Steel keel for maximum strength.
3. Carefully lift the insulation top plate into place.
4. Adjust the lifting screw length to ensure precise alignment and stability.
5. Treat the main joint with premium polyurethane foam; use PVC sleeve foam to break the cold bridge, and meticulously trim with a color steel folding piece for a polished finish.
