Product Description

The cold storage panels are consisted by

an inner metal plate, an outer metal plate, and an intermediate polyurethane insulation layer.
Horizontal and Vertical Operation Methods:
1. Employing a robust waterproof film along with SBS padding, ensuring maximum moisture resistance.
2. Utilizing galvanized L or U-shaped positioning fixed securely with expansion bolts for enhanced stability.
3. Applying a durable sealant substrate to provide a seamless and tight fit.
4. Integrating pre-installed board seam sealant with a double-sided groove sealant and a polyurethane spray in the middle for superior sealing.
5. Installing a vertical wall panel to reinforce the structure's robust integrity.
6. For spans exceeding 6 meters, the installation involves wall purlins, C-shaped steel, and efficient quick mushroom nails.

Suspended ceiling panel operation method:
1. Defining the length and lifting direction of the ceiling panel in accordance with the building's main beam structure, aligning the panel joints parallel to the main beam.
2. Pre-installing crucial suspension beam structural components, including 6# channel steel and fixture suspension beams, and connecting to the C-type steel keel with a suspended M12 lifting screw.
3. Skillfully lifting the insulation top plate into place.
4. Precisely adjusting the length of the lifting screw for a perfect fit.
5. Spraying the main joint with polyurethane foam, foaming the PVC sleeve to disrupt any cold bridge, and trimming with color steel folding pieces for a polished finish.
